Overview of Smart ID Card
For sanitation workers, farm workers, construction sites and other scenes, the number of employees is large, the location is widely distributed, it is difficult to achieve unified management of the working status of employees.
The sanitation worker card is a scientific and technological wisdom management system that takes into account both work management and human care. The system is composed of intelligent sanitation worker's brand, server, Web front end and mobile phone APP. The main functions include attendance management, status monitoring, voice intercom, notice announcement, emergency call for help.
Accurate location management/remote attendance management
Through the administrator's mobile phone and PC page, the location of each employee can be seen in time, which is convenient to quickly mobilize human resources.
Staff activity monitoring
G-sensor motion sensor is built into the smart ID card. Combined with internal algorithms, it can monitor the amount of exercise (workload) of employees and carry out effective performance assessment for employees.
Motion sensors can also monitor the physical status of employees. Once there is abnormal data, such as impact, fall, and stay still, they will alert the administrator and rescue employees in time in case of accidents.
Efficient broadcast notification
Taking sanitation workers as an example, the manager issued instructions: employees in Group A should go to the block for normal cleaning, employees in group B should return to the headquarters for a meeting, and employees in Group C should go to the gym for emergency cleaning. Through the smart ID card(intelligent card ) system, all notification can be in place within a few minutes. But the traditional way, only one by one telephone notification, management efficiency is relatively low.
Employee Reporting

Emergency Help for Employees
When an employee is in an emergency, such as an acute illness, a fall, a car accident, etc., press the SOS button, and the intelligent worker card will report the location and exercise data of the employee to the administrator, and automatically connect the phone if necessary.
Due to the 4G network, it can transmit data while talking, which can provide faster rescue operation.

4G Module
In this design, Quectel EC20 module is adopted, which supports all network of 4G in China. The module is equipped with GNSS global navigation satellite system positioning, which can achieve accurate positioning under any environment. Through the SD card and CODEC, to realize telephone dialing, voice related functions. SIM card holder adopts PUSH Mini card holder.
MCU selection
STM32L1 single-chip microcomputer series is specially designed for 32-bit MCU with low power consumption. Its characteristics are shown as follows:
Power supply design
The equipment is powered by lithium battery with a battery capacity of 1500mAh and a standby time of at least 7 days. The power supply has three functions: charging, power management and power collection.
Meter Step Function
Step counting function adopts DS3553 chip, the chip adopt mature software step counting algorithm, which can be applied to waist, pocket, widget and other step counting methods.
Voice broadcast, voice question-and-answer, message function
4G module with TTS voice synthesis function, can achieve all voice interactive content broadcast, the 4G module is attached with a CODEC chip, has recording and voice play functions, recording format support AMR, WAV format.
